"We got our wedding cake from Jennifer in October 2011.
She delivered the cake herself and we couldn't have been more pleased.
My husband and I are not into sweets and her frosting from
scratch had just the perfect amount of sweetness to please the crowd.
She made sure the venue had the proper refrigeration to store
our awesome red velvet cake. She made flowers out of rice paper and
worked with us on the design. Very patient as well. I sent her a few
revisions :) but no problem. She is a fabulous baker and a decorator.

amazing!!! Our guests raved about it, there was more than enough for
all of our guests, and Jennifer designed it perfectly to go with our
decor and cake topper (turquoise frosting - just stunningly beautiful).
We also asked for a small gluten-free cake for one of our guests and
Jennifer made a cheesecake with crushed pecan crust. My guest said it
was absolutely the best piece of cheesecake she had ever had and was
amazed at the crust (it is difficult to find good gluten-free
desserts)."

Jennifer did cupcakes in both dark chocolate and red velvet and the
cake that she made was AMAZING! So many folks were snapping shots of

cakes and creations look like a million bucks they taste even better. I
love love love butter cream frosting. I had no idea what butter cream
frosting was until I had Jennifer's! Like real honest to god butter

"Wow wee, this is the best ever! I am not one for sweets by any means,
but when I tasted one of the mini chocolate cupcakes, I was pretty
impressed. That was until I had a piece of the chocolate cake, gee
whiz, I literally just closed my eyes just to savor the celebration of
flavors. The cake was moist, soft and tasty, no harsh sweetness; the
vanilla filling had a hint of sweetness to it and it was smooth, not
gritty, it was magnificent. I am now a total fan and will be purchasing

cake (the Millennium Falcon with Yoda, Luke, Darth Vader, Obi Wan
Kenobi and R2D2) for my son's 7th birthday. Not only was the cake a
gorgeous Star Wars work of art, it was moist and delicious with great
chocolate flavor. Everybody raved about how amazing the cake looked and
then a second time at how good it tasted. Jennifer was professional and
so easy to work with, she really helped refine the ideas for the cake
design as well as the flavors by providing advice and suggestions,
instead of just saying ok to whatever I came up with. I'm looking for
an excuse to order another cake, or some cupcakes, or both....."
